Does Charleston Concrete Restoration do the work itself, or is it subcontracted?
We are a network of vetted local concrete contractors, and we say so up front because it is the honest answer and because it is better for you than the alternative. Your job is assigned to a partner contractor whose actual specialty is the work you need — a drainage diagnosis, a stamped overlay and a garage coating are three different trades, and the company that does all three with one crew is doing at least two of them as a sideline. What does not change between jobs is everything around the crew: we do the assessment, we put the work and the price in writing, we schedule it, we bill it, and we are the ones you call if something is wrong. Every partner passes a criminal background check and carries valid insurance before they are assigned anything.
Who is actually standing behind the work — the contractor or the company?
We are.
